  1. significant defect is a defect, which makes impossible or unacceptable the product usage for its intended purpose, which arose due to the fault of the manufacturer (seller, service provider) and may occur again after its correction due to the reasons that are beyond the control of the consumer and which has at least one of the following characteristics:
  1. it may not be corrected at all;
  2. its correction requires more than fourteen calendar days;
  3. it makes the goods substantially different from ones which are specified in the agreement.
